The book explains that the prison system is very violent at times, and it causes injuries to officers as a result of clashes with prisoners. The author has particularly mentioned Fishkill Correctional Facility, where he spent most of his time. The jail was a centre for inmates' fights and escapes. Join Bernie and Babs as they take you on a self-healing visualization journey. Check out this wonderful children’s book here and get to know more about the concept.   Grandma Ness has personally used visualization healing to cure herself of Lupus and has taught it to her children and grandchildren. She is also a painter, and although she does not have any professional credentials in visualization healing, she does believe it works.
