Troy Bobbitt, a retired U.S. Border Patrol Supervisory Agent who served from 2003 to 2011 in Texas and Minnesota, previously worked as a paralegal in Minneapolis and St. Paul. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from St. Cloud State University and experienced the routine aspects of law enforcement throughout his career.
