Patricia Cruzan, the author of Mandy’s Music, has a rich background in both writing and music. Her works have been featured in Grit, Fayette Woman, and various poetry anthologies. With seven children’s books and three adult poetry books, Patricia is a seasoned author whose passion for music and storytelling shines through her writing. Before dedicating herself to writing, Patricia enjoyed a varied teaching career, from choral and elementary music to regular classroom teaching. Her deep connection to music even took her on concert tours in the United States and Australia.   This event at the First United Methodist Craft Fair promises to be more than just a book signing—it’s a celebration of creativity, community, and the joy of music. He lives near Boston with his wife and daughters, and this debut novel is a significant milestone in his literary journey.

Patricia Cruzan, author of Mandy’s Music, has a long-standing passion for writing. Her work has appeared in Grit, Fayette Woman, the HSA newsletter, and other notable publications. With seven children’s books and three adult poetry collections to her name, Patricia is a prolific author with a talent for storytelling. Before becoming a full-time writer, Patricia enjoyed a rich teaching career, having taught choral music and elementary school in Georgia, Texas, and Louisiana. Her teaching experiences, combined with her love of music, have influenced her writing. Patricia has even sung in concerts across the U.S. and Australia, adding to the depth of musical inspiration found in her work.
