Born and raised in England, Linden Carroll currently resides on the West Coast of Canada. As a former writer and editor of environmental publications within Environment Canada, she now nurtures her interest in the natural environment by beachcombing and spending part of the year in the North Cascade Mountains in Washington, USA, where she has enjoyed many years hiking the trails with her rescued canine companions and howling to the moon with the coyotes around the camp fire.
