A gentle guide for children aged 5-9 who struggle with the challenges of everyday life.

This heartwarming story follows Elliott, a young boy facing common difficulties like bullying, family troubles, shyness, and low self-esteem. As Elliott navigates his day, he encounters the emotions that can make life feel overwhelming. But with a little guidance, he learns valuable ways to manage his feelings and transform his outlook.

This book offers children a reassuring companion in understanding their emotions, helping them find hope and confidence in themselves and their world.

Gisela Everett Walker originally grew up in the countryside of England and whilst at school wrote lots of poetry to help her get through times of being bullied. Over the years at the age of 24 years old, she got married to an American she met whilst doing a six-month job program at a theme park in Florida. Gisela had always been one that people came to for their problems and whilst working earned bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in counseling. She has counseled children for a number of years, but currently does mental health counseling at a Florida prison. Gisela has loved writing ever since she was diagnosed with epilepsy at 18 months old. Now, she is working on a book about epilepsy and how families can navigate and cope with this condition.
