To be honest, if anyone could have given me anything growing up, being rescued would have been my first choice. I Couldn't Find Her So I Created Her is a novel told in poems, chronicling author Tyler Harrison's experience with abuse, trauma, life, love, and God. Don't be afraid to speak up about abuse; it is serious.

This is an autobiography of the author in which he had penned down beautiful and heart-wrenching poems. The author has described the hardship which he has faced. Explaining the entirely disturbing childhood he experienced. He had an abusive father which made him live with trauma and fear. I was so heartbroken realizing that people are facing typical probs even in their homes. But despite all these hardships, the author had chosen love and hope. You will get to know more after reading. Go and check it out. I recommend this to you!

It's about the author's life, how he endured pain and abuse, and how he got over it. I can't even imagine something happening to the other person like that. The author is really brave and to my surprise, he chose love in this wicked world. I can't fathom his decision. The collection of poems which depicted his mentality at that situation just sang its story in his words! I am grateful that he chose to love and got over it by forgiving everyone. He is a brave heart and the read just blew my mind and changed my perspective in some situations!

There are a few books which are sad ones yet they inspire the reader. This is one of those books. This is one of those books which reflects the pain of the narrator yet it will inspire you. The author has written beautifully in form of a poem. The language is pretty simple and easy. Yet there are some triggers- harassment, cruelty, abuse, etc. It touches very sensitive topics yet the author's positive vibes were not out of his life. Definitely, a one-time read.

It's an autobiographical sketch of the author written in a poetic way. So, it's a novel which is written like a collection of poems. It's based on the life incidents as he wrestles and grapples with difficult concepts in an abstract, creative way while maintaining a storyline. It's very unique. The author faced a traumatic childhood, it's not easy to be optimistic but he didn't give up even for once and strived through it all. I Recommend to all to try this book once!!

This is a kind of autobiography or a memoir about the author's life. It discusses several incidences about the author's life. The focus is on the abuse that the author and his family had faced as a child. He also shares all the fun and cherishable moments in his life. This novel is basically written in somewhat rhythmic form instead of plain sentences.

Beautiful book! This is an autobiography of the author and the way it has been put into words is incredible. I am really impressed. Not a very lengthy book, so, less time-consuming. Do give it a try!
