The Loud Sound of Silence

Sammy Stork owns the Noah’s Ark Newspaper. During the 2020 pandemic, he hears that less and less people are being seen by the animal and fowl kingdoms.

He quickly contacts his reporter friend, Petunia Puma, to solve the mystery of disappearing people. Petunia makes global animal contacts whereby she discovers how COVID-19 safety rules affect the creature world.

Man’s isolation meant freedom for animals who could now extend their territories. Come join in the humorous antics of the animals and birds as they search for people.

Donna Valiga has enjoyed writing children’s stories for her own children and most recently, for her eight grandchildren. Sometimes, she focused on a peculiar habit, (like when her grandson chose to put food up his nose) and mirrored the problem with a story. She has always enjoyed stories with a twist. Donna tried art but found she was better at creating pictures with words.
