William C. Johnson Gets Interviewed by Rancho Santa Fe Review

Our talented author, William C. Johnson, was recently interviewed by his local newspaper, the Rancho Santa Fe Review. The interview feature was published on Tuesday, November 10th, 2020. In the interview, Johnson discusses his longtime ambitions of becoming a published author and how with a little motivation from some close friends, he put together the manuscript for Just an Ordinary Guy and submitted it with Austin Macauley, hoping for the best. Johnson’s book, Just an Ordinary Guy, is a spy-thriller featuring a man, Rico Lopez, who goes undercover to assimilate information about a drug cartel. The one-time assignment runs wild, and Rico is drawn into the cartel and forced to live life as a drug dealer. With time, he gets romantically involved with an enchanting woman, but their relationship is soon put off by his first wife. Johnson is a passionate writer who also enjoys playing golf, traveling, and working part-time. He resides in Rancho Santa Fe, California, with his wife, Fran, and often visits his two adult children, their spouses, and his five grandchildren. This is his first novel.
