‘The Graves’ by Jacquelyne Lynn Reviewed by The Haunted Housewife
Samberlina Blogger of The Haunted Housewife gives ‘The Graves’ a shining review! “The Graves are the strange family I wish I had. They are creepy, kooky, mysterious and spooky. The illustrations are dark and look like they were created by the Nightmare before Christmas mastermind himself,” says Samberlina, Blogger of The Haunted Housewife.
The book is a poetic horror story of the Graves, an unusual creepy family of mom, dad, three kids, and some pets. Each character has a personality of its own, unique, quirky, chilling, grumpy or disgusting. The story is presented in a poetic fashion with a blend of fun, obscenity, and spooky humor.
Jacquelyne Lynn from Sydney holds a diploma in fine arts. Photography, writing and spooky places are her thing. She feels drawn towards rainforests and graveyards. She has a passion for spooky sculptures, scary dolls and everything creepy. She currently works as a dental assistant where she can have fun with all the plaster and creepy teeth in the dental lab. Some may say she has a wicked sense of humor which also shows in her writing.
