Shishye Thompson, the author of The Street Church Movement, hosted a book signing event at a church in Queens. The event included a discussion session on the book followed by a book signing session. The Street Church Movement is a book about a Christian community that reaches out to the women of GB Road, the red-light district of New Delhi. Inspired by the example of Jesus, they share His love and hope with those trapped in violence, abuse, and human trafficking. They follow Him to the places where He would have gone and serve the people He would have met.
