Recently, our author Robin Cannon attended a book signing event of her book Into the Shallows Darkly on Saturday, December 20th, at Westbrook Outlets in Westbrook, CT. 

Into the Shallows Darkly is set in 1980s New England and follows a young attorney named Tom Biggs who returns to his hometown for his aunt’s funeral after a tragic car crash. When he reconnects with the family, Tom uncovers a world of corruption and betrayal that involves his uncle and two law partners who helped raise him after his father was murdered years earlier. When the two partners are found dead, Tom begins a desperate search for the truth with the help of his girlfriend Clarissa and a disgraced private investigator. 

Robin Cannon earned her B.A. and M.S. from Fordham University and a Sixth Year Degree in Education Administration from Southern Connecticut State University. She has been a school teacher for 33 years and is also the author of Tilly Fig, Rye Hill, and Fireflies at Nightfall.
