Harrington is a retired state police officer who describes a harrowing account of what it is like to be inside a US state prison. The book talks about Harrington's own experience of working under different prison management systems and how unpredictable it was. Paul Harrington Sr is a retired police officer who decided to write about his own life as a state prison employee. The memoir he wrote took four years and many hours of research and reflection. Harrington is currently working on starting a non-profit for law enforcement officers in the New Year area. He is a retired Desert Storm war veteran and presently settled in Hudson Valley with his family.
