
Lynda and Marcel Interviewed on CBC Radio About Their Book Conquering the War Within
On Sunday, November 10th, 2019 Lynda Manson and Marcel Croteau talked about their life journey and their book, Conquering the War Within, with Sheryl Mackay on CBC radio show. The author Lynda Manson introduced herself as a teacher, designer, restauranteur, an author with two published books in account and lastly, as a painter. On the other hand, Marcel Croteau called himself a Canadian veteran of RAF Bomber Command, who has many medals in his account for his services that also includes Distinguished Flying and French Knight Honor medal. But post-war, he took back to being an artist, storyteller, entrepreneur, property consultant and a factory owner.
Marcel during the interview, defined Conquering the War Within to be an entrancing story of a remarkable man as he travels through a misfortune childhood, horrifying war experiences and a long span of fighting with a disease called PTSD. But more significantly, the book highlighted the messages about hope and self-acknowledgement.
Lynda Manson and Marcel Croteau paid their tribute by dedicating their book to the people who lost their lives and has suffered from the consequences of war.
