L. A. Meagher was present for the book signing of ‘Getting Ready for Christmas’. L. A. Meagher participated in the weekly Saturday Children’s reading hour at Barnes & Noble, Homestead. She was also joined by another author during the children’s reading. ‘Getting Ready for Christmas’ is a book about the sentimental days packed with fun, excitement, activities, and traditions leading to festivities of Christmas. Every day of December as the Christmas comes close, we are visited by joyous memories of fun and love. L.A Meagher loves writing and hovering helicopters. She is thrilled to see words coming to life and enjoys expressing emotions on the paper. She likes to travel through speedy noisy helicopters and enthusiastic expression of emotions through the written word.​​
