Grandma Ness' book, Bernie and Babs vs. the Virus, was released on April 22nd during a book launch party at the Sedona Artist Market. The launch included a reading by the author and a discussion on different visualization techniques for healing. The book, Bernie and Babs vs. the Virus, is about using visualization as a healing technique. The children’s book introduces the concept of healing using images in your mind that can be used to imagine you are cured of your health issues. Visualization healing is often used by adults during illness but can also be beneficial to children, as explained in this book. Grandma Ness has personally used visualization healing to cure herself of Lupus and has taught it to her children and grandchildren. She is also a painter, and although she does not have any professional credentials in visualization healing, she does believe it works. She hopes to provide her book to hundreds of ill children across children's hospitals in the US.    .  .
