Her novels, “Creature Comforts at Your Fingertips” and “Born That Way, Within & Through – Kindness Is You”, are dedicated to empowering children with knowledge about their feelings and strength to understand themselves better. Creature Comforts at Your Fingertips helps children develop relaxation skills and concentrate their minds through imaginative hand gestures inspired by the behavior of different animals. The book teaches kids to use their imagination to handle negative feelings and be more comfortable in life. At the same time, Born That Way, Within & Through Kindness Is You teaches young people that kindness and compassion are inherent qualities that everyone is born with. 

Grace Conte is an educator, Reiki Master, and Spiritual Director specializing in teaching mindfulness and healing techniques. Her writings and teachings are focused on improving emotional health and encouraging children to embrace their innate sense of compassion and awareness.
