She used different concepts from her books, “Born That Way, Within & Through – Kindness Is You” and “Creature Comforts at Your Fingertips,” to teach the importance of relaxing the human body and mind. Born That Way, Within & Through – Kindness Is You aims to help children strengthen their kindness and goodness. Promotes healthy habits of generosity and kindness through demonstration.

Creature Comforts at Your Fingertips introduces self-soothing techniques to children by mimicking different shapes and animals with their hands. A unique approach to well-being through joyful movements and imagination.
