Grace Conte made an appearance at the London Book Fair, where she exhibited her works and interacted with other people, emphasizing her contributions to children’s literature and happiness. 

Both her books, “Creature Comforts at Your Fingertips” and “Born That Way, Within & Through – Kindness Is You”, emphasize the importance of self-exploration among kids in easy ways that will be fun and informative for them. For example, Creature Comforts at Your Fingertips includes imaginative activities through fun finger exercises based on animals to help children relax, regulate their emotions, and concentrate. On the other hand, the latter emphasizes how kindness comes naturally to us all and encourages children to view it as a characteristic trait of each one of them through various examples from everyday life. 

Conte Grace is a teacher, reiki practitioner, and spiritual director who engages in mindfulness practice through her teachings. She is dedicated to ensuring emotional health and connecting people with their inherent power through writing and workshops.
