G.B. Gurland Author of Olives, Where Are You? Delivered a Talk at College

Author G.B. Gurland attended Brooklyn College to discuss literacy development in children with graduate students at the school. During her conversation about literacy development in children she featured the recently published Olives, Where Are You? as a resource tool. Olives, Where are You?, is a children’s book from which both children and their parents can benefit. The book shares the story of a girl who will eat nothing but olives even when her parents insisted that she try other foods. Later she on her own discovers she can develop taste for other foods too. Here is a message for parents to let children learn at their own time and pace.  G. B. Gurland has an experience of over forty years as an educator and has published several workbooks to help children develop vocabulary skills. She has also published two books for children.
