Domnica Radulescu is an American writer born in Romania. After facing political instability in her country, she decided to leave and move on to Rome, and then she settled in the United States to pursue the illusory American dream. She received her early education in Romania and later got her Master's and a Ph.D. Degree from Chicago. She wrote many books in different genres and received the 2009 Library of Virginia Best Fiction Award.
