Catherine Anne Terrick’s Book Reading at Sudbury Public Library

Catherine Anne Terrick held a book reading for her novel, Two’fer, at Sudbury Public Library in Sudbury. The event included a brief reading by Terrick from a passage in the book and a discussion followed by a question-and-answer session. The audience enjoyed the event so much that they asked Terrick to return. Two’fer is an adventure novel about fourteen-year-old friends Noah and Kaleb. Both friends are going through many hardships in life, including the death of Kaleb's dad. They both work on farms and are trying hard to make ends meet. They decide that their life cannot end on the farm, and they’ll pursue a better life in a nearby village on a boat. But unexpected horror occurs when the friends are separated.   Catherine Anne Terrick is from Canada and has always loved putting words to paper since a young age. She lives on Manitoulin Island, which is a beautiful picturesque area that Terrick says inspires her to write. Two’fer is her first novel and published piece of work.
