Austin Macauley’s proficient author, Stacy Thowe, was recently interviewed by a local newspaper, The Topeka Capital-Journal, for her new romance novel, God Bless My Broken Road. The interview was published on Thursday, January 7th, 2020. In the interview, the author spoke about her inspiration behind writing. She also spoke about the deeper themes that she utilized in her novel. She stated, “I believe a lot of people are dealing with some type of broken road out there and it's not a novel of sadness and regret. It's actually a novel of hope and not giving up, and not becoming bitter and knowing that your life has a plan even though it's devoured in different directions. It's about getting through life's crashes, life's struggles, and still coming out even better. It's about not giving up."
