Stacy Johnson, author of amazing children book Mabel The Fashion Muse, was recently interviewed by a local newspaper in California called Circling the News. The interview was published on Wednesday, December 16th 2020. In the interview, Johnson talked about her journey as a designer and her inspiration behind the story. She also told that her inspiration behind writing the book was to guide the younger generation about the fashion industry. She said, “I wanted to create this book to inspire future designers and give girls the tools and power to be their fashion entrepreneur someday. Most books or storylines about fashion depicted petty social drama or were an unrealistic view of how the fashion industry worked.
