Moral inventory is the story of a sharp-witted teenager who has hit a rough patch in her life after the death of her father. Her mother forces her to attend family therapy, in hope of making things better. When confronted about her drug-addicted boyfriend and her own drug abuse she ends up exposing her mother’s alcoholism. Confronted by the realities she has been running from she is on the verge of nervous breakdown. How she holds herself together through her journey, with raging teenage hormones, loss of a parent and epidemic of drugs around her, to put her life back on track is an interesting read.
New York-born Tara claims Florida to be her home. She is a born storyteller and loves to write, may it be a journal or writing stories. Tara finds her peace in her own home and is very much family oriented.
