Author of an amazing children’s book, Flora Has an Adventure, Karin Gertsch, attended her book reading event at Glen Urquhart Elementary School in Massachusetts. The event was a huge success and the entire audience was overwhelmed by the gratitude and kindness of the author. She interacted with the young students and adults alike. She also signed her book’s copies.   The book tells an adorable story of Ameraucana chicken, Flora, who embarks on an adventure with, Marge, the farmer’s wife.
