Austin Macauley Publishers are attending the annual ALA conference and Exhibition in Washington and we can hardly wait! An exciting event filled with seminars, discussions and many creative collaborations between the publishing industry, Libraries and teachers from all over the country. We cannot wait to go and show our support to the backbone of literature and fill the halls of schools and libraries with our wonderful books.

As one of the oldest and largest association in the world, the American Library Association has defined many of our childhoods. With their mission to “provide leadership for the development, promotion and improvement of library and information services” they have shaped and help continue the important and long-standing institution of libraries.

ALA for us is a fantastic opportunity to make unique network connections, promote the Austin Macauley brand and to showcase our selection of books. The industry is always changing and evolving, so to do the best by our books we must learn to grow with the industry and path the way for new writers, learns and readers.
