Austin Macauley Publishers were recently in New York to attend The New York Rights Fair, BookExpo, and BookCon. Whilst there, a well-known blogger visited our stand at two of these events and wrote about his impressions of our company. Writers4Kids blogger met the Austin Macauley staff, including the International Publishing Director Jade Robertson.

“The Austin Macauley team were by far the friendliest faces in the room,” said the blogger when speaking of his experiences when he visited our stand at New York BookExpo.

He goes on to admire our philosophy of ‘open submissions’, which allows us to welcome new authors, that may not have a chance otherwise, with other publishers putting red tape and rules that are too difficult to keep track of.

Authors need to first find a good agent and involve them in the process; that is daunting in itself and the task of actually getting the book published still remains.

Even experienced authors find it difficult to navigate through these complicated procedures.

With us, the authors only need a great manuscript and we take care of the rest.
