Elphin, the elf, is Santa’s little helper. Elphin’s pet mouse, a secret gift from Santa, keeps running away or getting lost. The reindeer are up to their naughty antics. Santa and Mrs. Claus are going on holiday after delivering presents for 5^th January Eve. They end up in Nursery Rhyme Land by mistake. The grand old Duke of York is threatening war against old King Cole. With the help of Santa and Mrs. Claus, can the King win the fight?

The elves in Santa’s workshop go on strike for pay. As Santa travels around on Christmas Eve, he asks the fairy folk where he can get a pot of gold. It is in Ireland, at the end of the rainbow. Can Santa find it with help from the leprechauns?

Santa, as Saint Nicholas, makes his deliveries of presents to children on 6^th December, Saint Nicholas’ Eve. He discovers thieves have stolen a batch of presents he left in storage in Spain. How will Santa ever find them again in time?

Unhappily Ever After

Unhappily Ever After is a collection of short horror stories that will leave the reader not only with chills but the question of whether a happy ending is even deserved. Sometimes the most eery tales are those that leave you with the unexplained, and that is what many of these stories will leave you with. This collection takes those traditional monsters like ghosts, vampires, zombies, and werewolves and places them into the modern-day world where they can sometimes be unstoppable.

What If?

What If? is a contemporary work of magic realism that asks young adults this question, “What is it that you really seek and want from this life?”

A favorite food around the world, makers of cheese must have learned long ago that their work had a comedic life of its own! This is nowhere more evident than when you unite cheese with word play. For, in addition to being a marvelous product shared by cheeseheads seemingly everywhere, an increasingly valuable by-product of cheese making is whey. Indeed, when you combine cheesey cheese jokes with other word play and mix in some cheesey geography – as I do here to illustrate cheese’s international scope – you find that you soon have a chapter on ‘whey’ itself (not to mention its cousins in the name of cheese humor, ‘way’ and ‘weigh’). So as I serve up the funny side of cheese here, don’t simply “say cheese.” Rather, please remember to let yourself laugh - and laugh lots because one good cheese joke deserves another!
