This book is very timely and certainly points out to all children that everyone is different, and wonderful in their own way. A must-read! Highly recommend.

Wallacrocogrizzlephant, through the character Joey tells us how special each of us is. The story is told through wonderful rhyming verses and brightly colourful illustrations. I highly recommend this book.

Shopping for a book to give a friend for her first grandchild I came across “Wallacrocogrizzlephant”. The book has a beautiful, universal storyline that is relevant yesterday, today, and tomorrow. Written in rhyme and beautifully illustrated, it draws the reader in, young or old. Impressed I also bought a copy for my grandchildren and every time I read it to them I hear, “Nannie can you read it again”.

An exceptional book! A children's story beautifully written in rhyme. The illustrations, the rhythmic flow of the language and the story keep children engaged. It has a wonderful life lesson about accepting and embracing one's differences and those of others.

  • S. Allen

An inspiring look through the eyes of a youngster at what makes us different but the same. A must-read for all parents and children who find themselves wondering how we are all the same!
