Michael Jai McKenzie is an American poet from Los Angeles, California. Although Michael was born in Los Angeles, he moved to Pasadena at the age of ten where he eventually attended Pasadena High School. McKenzie started writing short stories and poems at a very young age, and soon that desire to write lead him to publishing his first poetry book entitled Thought Prints.
