About the AuthorMichaela Cummings grew up in Manchester, England, where she spent much of her teenage years. She moved from Manchester in the 1990s, when she began traveling in Europe, finally relocating to Toronto, Canada, in 2000. She became a Canadian citizen in 2008 and currently resides in Chatham, Ontario, with her husband, Ippolito.

    As a woman who will soon be entering into the perimenopause phase, this sheds light on so many things! We all, and will all have our own experiences and I know I’ll benefit from the true tale accounts Michaela has shared! I think many no matter what stage they are in will benefit from this read too!
