Join Brya on an extraordinary spiritual journey that takes shape as she grapples with the passing of her loved ones and gains a deeper understanding of life. When we lose someone close to us, it can be difficult to find the words to express the pain we feel. In this emotional and heartwarming book, Brya offers a unique perspective on the subject of death and the afterlife.

Drawing on her personal experiences, Brya explores the idea that death is not an end, but rather a beginning - a transformative experience that offers us a new and fascinating way forward. She believes that the source of life births us anew at the moment of death, and that our departed loved ones are still with us, closer than we might think.

Through her powerful and moving words, Brya encourages readers to open their hearts to this experience of loss, and to embrace the possibility of profound communication and realignment with those who have passed. She shows us that by allowing ourselves to feel the pain of loss and by keeping an open mind, we can discover a boundless, limitless love that transcends death.

In this beautifully written book, Brya shares her journey of spiritual growth and invites us all to explore the depths of our own hearts in order to find peace and understanding in the face of loss.

I was struck by what you said on p.107 this morning: " the universe absorbs pain when you love it away," because I have always found that to be true as well! When overwhelmed with emotional pain or fear, I sit and turn my thoughts to a loved one, sometimes even a beloved pet in my life, and then sing Hu with as much love in my heart as I can muster. Replacing the fear with love always works for me! There is no longer any room for the fear when love encompasses all of your being. It's how I've journeyed through this life! Thanks for sharing your beautiful life's story with me!

I came to go to the singing class in one hour and did not know I what this book hour was about, but I was married 65 years and She died a few years ago and the grief is constant with the wars I was in and my friends dying and now my wife. He said before Leaving home he looked at a scrapbook with her photos and Felt so much joy, then came here and I helped him, too. It was Like she brought you here today, to this I said.

My sister was my best friend, now my Brother and sister, both, are gone. We had met at Rockridge when I worked there and she has Moved to Julies center, not knowing I know her; the book Keeps being given to someone that really needs it.

  • Andre from Northampton Senior Center

We are in a Vision Quest class at the Northampton Senior Center and Andrea was one of the attendees in the circle. I gave her the book after the class. Andrea called me the next day saying she loves the Cheerio part where I am under the table trying to scape up a stuck cheerio to the floor. I am holding up the table with one shoulder and my knees are pressed up against the hard cement tiles trying to pry it up, it decides to break in two, the other half of the circle goes clear through the kitchen door and lands somewhere in the living room. Andrea names the chapter she is in and I say to her, so you are already almost finished with the book? No, Andrea replies, I read it through yesterday after you gave it to me and all through the night and have finished it and reading parts of it that stand out all over again.

It has helped me as an inspiration but also around sharing her thoughts on How to see through grief and connect with the heart.
