Boris Damast was an adventurer. Born in Germany, the son of WWII refugees – a Holocaust survivor mother and a Polish father – he was raised in Australia and from there began his journey of discovery through Europe, South Africa, Canada, and the US. A creative current ran through Boris, along with a cutting sense of humour. An award-winning filmmaker and an advertising creative, a published poet and lyricist, Boris found beauty in life’s connections.
