Erlinda Galvez Baguios, a.k.a. Erstorm, is a Licensed Environmental and Urban Planner in the Philippines. Her area of expertise is in the formulation of Comprehensive Development Plans (CDP) for towns and cities and the preparation of environmental impact statements (EIS) for development projects. She authored a book/manual on Comprehensive Development, Shelter, and Land Use Plan Formulation for the use of local government units. She aims to promote a balanced approach to urbanization that respects both community needs and ecological integrity. Erlinda continues to advocate for policies that enhance the resilience of urban areas in the face of climate change.
