Two clever dogs carefully planned their great escape, using their paws to move a lever on a closed window. Once free, they chased a rabbit all the way to a nearby farm before making their way back home, arriving muddy, innocent-looking, and clearly relieved.
Even though the front window latch was secure, Terrah had watched closely as we opened it each day. When we were distracted, she practiced pushing it open with her paws, patiently perfecting her plan. One busy workday, she finally succeeded. Thankfully, our neighbors found the adventurous duo and safely returned them home.
