M. C. Pyland was raised in Colorado and continued to attend college there. She eventually met her husband on a blind date, and they raised their children while living in different states across the country to accommodate her husband’s many promotions throughout his career. Which aligned with her love of travel that was heavily influenced by her parents’ love of travel while growing up. She also enjoys horseback riding, boating, movie nights and spending time with family and friends. She currently resides in Texas.
