A resident of Ontario, Canadaat the time of this publication, Louise was born in Ottawa, Canada, but grewup and was educated in England. She is passionate about helping people toachieve authentic self-confidence, inner security and tranquillity. Drawing onher Doctoral studies and her Master’s in business, she enjoys teaching andencouraging those in leadership positions to create a culture of psychologicalsafety, and to foster growth, collaboration, and empowerment of teammembers.
