Dr. Louise J. Goddard
Dr. Louise J. Goddard is an organizational psychologist, a.k.a. an occupationalpsychologist, and an expert on organizational leadership and learning, amotivational speaker and a performance coach. Her pioneering techniques inneuro-linguistic programming, hypnosis, and training of the same have beenfeatured in national newspapers across Canada. A resident of Ontario, Canadaat the time of this publication, Louise was born in Ottawa, Canada, but grewup and was educated in England. She is passionate about helping people toachieve authentic self-confidence, inner security and tranquillity. Drawing onher Doctoral studies and her Master’s in business, she enjoys teaching andencouraging those in leadership positions to create a culture of psychologicalsafety, and to foster growth, collaboration, and empowerment of teammembers. In recent years, she has created and led wellness initiatives forthe Federal Government of Canada with hundreds of attendees from acrossCanada, which included topics such as negative stress, vicarious trauma, andmental resilience. A Doctor of Education in Leadership, specializing inOrganizational Psychology, Louise’s research concerned the detrimentalcognitive impact of negative workplace stress – specifically on our workingmemory and decision-making function.
