  The overall plot was fantastic. The plot had a shift in the change of setting. It felt so real because it feels like you are part of the story. I would recommend reading the book. The book was truly amazing and very worthwhile. The characters were outstanding. Similarly, it was easy to connect with the characters because it felt realistic. I enjoyed the personality of one of the characters of the priest who helps in holy practices. The book was simple to understand. The flow of writing was spectacular. The thoughts were well connected from one idea to the next. I would recommend reading this book. The writing strategies were perfect. The novel succeeded and the main problem was solved. The characters succeed in the main problem that needs to be solved. The overall effect of the novel was positive because it determines that the good will always defeat all negative forces of bad.

  Frazier’s book, “Brujeria In South Texas” is well-written and contains a great plot for the thriller genre. At the start of reading it, I found myself unable to put it down and finished it in a little less than an hour to find out how the conflict was solved. Each chapter was entertaining and unpredictable, leaving me wondering what would come next. The characters, especially the main character, Isabella, leapt off the page, and their personalities were easy to distinguish. The author’s style of writing was somewhat lyrical with many metaphors, yet the story managed to come across clearly. There was no questioning what the author meant by her figures of speech because the details were given before or shortly after. It was a likeable writing style, only that the metaphors were extensive. Nonetheless, the novel had a flow, and every chapter connected with the previous apart from one, which is linked to the ending. All in all, I believe Ms Frazier’s first writing piece to be a success and worth the short amount of time to read. As a native of the Valley, I felt a connection to the two friends in the story, Isabella and Bonnie. I did not expect or foresee many aspects of the plot, so it caught me by surprise. Nonetheless, I would recommend this novelette to young and older adults who are looking for insight into witchcraft rituals in the southern region of the country.

  I am so pleased with this read! Isabella and her friend Bonnie’s friendship is so relatable and really lighthearted. While in my opinion, the story was a bit vague when it came down to the characters' pasts It still made me feel like I was living in their world. The ending felt a little too abrupt for my liking but I still consider it worth the read. It even made me get chills during a specific chapter when I was scared of what was about to happen next.

  From start to finish, you have painted an incredibly descriptive picture of what is going on. You can really visualize the area and the people that come into the story. Along with this, the author has clear influences in regard to the South Texas valley culture. It is amazing to see the representation of the lingo, people, and overall lifestyle and customs we have down here. I enjoyed the bonds that the main character, Isabella, and her best friend, Bonnie, shared. I liked how Bonnie stuck so closely by Isabella’s side the entire time she is experiencing the witchcraft. Even the side characters that only showed up for a little bit, had so much life to them. The writing flowed and allowed me to read through the whole book with ease, so I definitely recommend it to someone who likes something short and sweet. The ending especially had me in shock and completely had my attention.

  The book Brujeria in South Texas by Amy Frazier is honestly a very interesting book that I would recommend reading. It has such a good plot that it makes you feel part of the story. You will love this one if you are a fan of novels classified as a thriller. This book makes you connect with the characters because it makes you feel like you're living in the moment. This book from the beginning has a clear narrative since it has a beginning, a middle and an end. Overall, the main flow of the story was very good, so the writing was clear and easy to understand. This story left me thinking that good will always win out over evil.

  From start to finish, Amy Frazier's, "Brujeria in South Texas," keeps you hooked and in need of more. I found myself finishing it the same day I started reading it. The characters, Bonnie and Isabella, are relatable through their interactions and loving friendship. At its peak, the story takes a dark twisted turn that initially hits you unexpectedly, but with further analysis, it complements the story's plot. Despite its shortness, "Brujeria in South Texas" lives up to its genre and title by generating a sense of foreboding and thrill, that with its unexpected ending, is a fitting denouement to a captivating debut.

  This is a great short read that can be read in one sitting because it brings you in. This book was well written in how it gives you a sense of South Texas culture and language. As I began reading the book at first the author introduces a hectic scene that makes you want to continue to the next page. As the story continues it visually brings you into Isabella's world and what is happening to her. As the story progresses it was unpredictable, but the book keeps you wanting to turn to the next page and the next until you reach the end. "The Revelation" did not disappoint. After reading it I handed it over to my mom and sister who also read it the same day and really enjoyed the book as well. It was a great family discussion on what exactly happened and how the ending was so unexpected. I truly believe that the story can continue with part II.

  Brujeria in South Texas by Amy Frazier is a book that I personally highly recommend, as it is not only well written but also has a very good plot. This book made me feel like I was living in the moment as it makes you identify with the characters and makes you connect with them. I highly recommend this book if you are a fan of thrillers, something I enjoy reading. Something that I really liked when I read this book is that it is easy to understand and at the same time it captivates you and leaves you wanting to know more. Reading this book most of the time I was excited because I really liked the plot. I really liked the details of this novel, which are what make the reader feel more identified when reading the book.
