
Ray Barron-Woolford Gets Featured by LGTBQ magazine, OutBüro
The author of The Last Queen of Scotland, Ray Baron-Woolford, was recently featured by the LGBT magazine, OutBüro. The feature was published digitally on Sunday, October 11th, in which the author discussed the history of his book’s protagonist, a political and civil rights activist, Kath Duncan. The author also appeared in the magazine’s podcast “LGBT Voices” where he discussed the motivations that led him to know more about Duncan and the effects we see from her efforts nearly a century later. The Last Queen of Scotland is an interesting historical account of the most influential and significant UK civil-rights reformer and activist of the past decade that many people know very little about. The book tells us all about Kath Duncan's role in specifying the part of the LGBTQ in the society and civil rights campaign and resurrected her efforts and achievements in 1930's Britain.
