Austin Macauley’s very skilled and top-quality author, Susan Jackson was interviewed by a local newspaper, the Richmond River Independent for her book, The Little Aussie Battler. She also shared her life journey and some challenging moments like the death of her mother and the sudden death of her son at the age of 11 in a car accident.

Susan Jackson is 70 years old and lives with a big family of six children, seventeen grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren. She has always kept a diary and this book covers the first forty years of her life. She hopes to publish another book to share the next thirty untouched journals of her life.
