The Little Worry Warts is a children's book that teaches children to stay true to who they are from the inside. Everyone may be different, but knowing who you stand for and who you are will help to make sure you stay grounded. The book features adorable characters like a lighting bug, a horsefly, and a giant bumblebee. The book teaches children to turn to others for help when they are worrying about things. The book is for children aged between 3-and six who are often faced with worries of their own but do not know how to process or deal with them.
Melissa Laffey-Flores has spent 30 years in the US Air Force, where she earned a BFA in creative writing from Full Sail University. She loves to explore the outdoors and her favorite pastime is to travel to unique campgrounds with friends and family members and tell stories while roasting hotdogs and marshmallows.
