Tella 2

The Amazing Wildlife in the Prince Albert National Park
They say that patience is a virtue. How true that is, especially when it comes to watching and enjoying the amazing wildlife that one can see at the Prince Albert National Park in Saskatchewan. I certainly enjoyed many magical experiences as I watched how amazing the wildlife was. From otters to minks and from beavers to black bears, not to mention groundhogs and wolf pups.
There are amazing birds that one can see, from American white pelicans to belted kingfishers to the amazing fishing ability of the great blue heron, even ospreys, bald eagles, and merlins. It was amazing how much wildlife I was able to see by just being at the Waskesiu River. Even though I had to spend from one to almost three hours every day, it was certainly worth my time to be able to enjoy animals in their natural surroundings and to see the amazing abilities that they possess.$47.95 -

The Calorie Conspiracy
If you’re fat, you probably need to gain weight on the inside: lean, vital tissue in muscle, kidney, and liver, etc. Now Dr. George E. Schauf, who is the author of Etiology of Obesity – The QQF Theory, challenges the validity of the caloric theory. He explains why most people’s overweight problems are intensified, rather than helped, by calorie-counting diets. He shows you why the antiquated and inapplicable caloric theory should be abandoned and, most important of all, why obese people everywhere are actually suffering from malnutrition. Forget about calories. Eat more of the right foods at the right time. Lose up to 12–13 inches of fat where it counts. Look younger and feel healthier. Read this book and discover the QQF way to restore your inner body and lose excess body fat, for life.

The Coming Singularity
As we approach 2050, it is projected that human consciousness will encounter a superior intelligence for the very first time: artificial machine intelligence. It is important for us to understand the evolutionary impact of this event, but also that we are being altered from the inside out for the singularity to arise.
Are we ready?
Will we be adaptive?
How will we change?
The Coming Singularity explores the psychological impact of the changes coming our way and the many adaptations we will have to make.
We are transitioning to a world of one degree of separation, with only the illusion of privacy, autonomy and anonymity. All of us are undergoing a transition to an electronic identity, one that can reach back and change the real you. The question going forward will be, who is the real you?
A cluster of psychological symptoms are evolving from our technology interface––Identity Diffusion. Its key feature is the de-realization of life.
Direct brain-to-technology interfaces will soon render our brains an open-source forum. We need to discuss who is in there and why!
The impact of e-technology on human identity will be profound, but it is also a prerequisite for machine intelligence to arise. We need to discuss this.
We humans reside in complex, dynamical networks. The goal of artificial intelligence will be to evolve and stabilize these networks. And we may not be the priority.

The Connection Value
The Connection Value is a book that delves into the psychological value necessary to foster inner harmony, allowing the heart to manifest the divine energy of unconditional love through the mind. This is a contemporary interpretation of what was traditionally referred to as “The Holy Spirit”. It is the physical transformation brought about by the Kundalini Awakening, which balances energy within and initiates a profound connection activation within the self.
Through The Connection Value, readers are invited to let go of past traumas and release themselves from the burdens of conditioning, personal struggles, and generational trauma that weigh on their souls. The book encourages readers to turn inward and seek their own inner peace, rather than seeking salvation or rewards outside of themselves.
This is a compelling and thought-provoking call to action for humanity to pay attention to the transformative power that lies within each of us. The Connection Value is a powerful tool for healing and growth, and an inspiration for those seeking a more connected and fulfilling life.

The Education of a Musician's Daughter
Attending college in the late 60s and early 70s was a challenge, but for Susan (now known as Sonya), it was also a blessing. Despite suffering an identity crisis during her sophomore year and navigating the pitfalls of the drug culture, Susan ultimately benefited from the open-minded spirit of the era.
This book, however, starts at the beginning of Susan’s education, during her kindergarten year, where she flourished in a magical world shared with her best friend. This idyllic time abruptly ended when her father uprooted the family from their Queens apartment to Schenectady for a job teaching music in public schools. The transition was difficult, and it took years for Susan to thrive in her new environment. Her awkward growth spurt alienated her from peers, and an encounter with a bully left her traumatized. Yet, the most challenging relationship was with her mother.
Fortunately, Susan was guided by a series of role models. Her father, a soulful musician, remained devoted and his love shone through the darkest times. Her Hebrew School principal, a Holocaust survivor, inspired her with his faith and New Age vision of the future. Two public school teachers believed in her, fostering her self-confidence. Under the wings of her Aunt Sonia, a disabled woman with an infectious positive attitude, Susan thrived. Aunt Sonia’s captivating stories also illuminated their fascinating family history.

The Engineering of Racism
Racism and white supremacy have survived in the United States for a very long time because from the onset, it was based on sound ‘engineering.’ The book contends that racism is not a belief, practice, or ideology that flared up by accident or through the spur of the moment. Rather, it followed sound engineering stages like planning, design, and construction. Racism was designed to serve a domineering purpose for white people and, therefore, there was a lot of planning that eventually led to its design and construction. Because the architects had a vision of its permanency, they chose the most durable materials for its construction. Metaphorically, they used mortar, bricks, and steel beams. These durable materials, among others, include religion, science, government (including the Supreme Court), the constitution and laws, brutality, and social media. As the centuries rolled by, succeeding architects of this design and construction have done a superb job in maintenance and modifications to elude stumbling blocks. Based on the times and prevailing winds, the racism construct has undergone mutations to evade capture and destruction – even to this day. Like a car, the engineering and engineers have evolved, the models and make are changing, but the underlying engineering remains intact. Today, the overt, brash, and brutal racism has generally ceded to an equally destructive, calculated, politically-correct, less pompous, highly sophisticated, and veiled racism. The book dissects this durable foundational construct and proffers recommendations that will systematically minimize its intensity.
