Richard A. Rajner to attend book signing event for his book ‘Hiroshi’s Story’
Maumee Branch Library is hosting a book signing event which will be attended by Richard A. Rajner to promote his darling book ‘Hiroshi’s Story’. Make sure to mark your calendars and set time to meet the author who has served the nation. ‘Hiroshi’s Story’ is a story that will transport you back in times of the Vietnam War. The protagonists are two young Japanese soldiers who are committed to supporting their country in the persistent war against China. Their military services last longer than anticipated but they remained loyal to Emperor, and honorable soldiers. Richard A. Rajner is for credited extensive services for the military during Vietnam for which he was honored with several decorations. Later he worked as a steamfitter, and educator in Anthropology at the University of Toledo. He is married to Katherine and currently lives in rural North-western Ohio. He has previously published a number of scholarly, popular, and history-for­-hire works.
