Jean Bunton - Novella Fine Books
Jean Bunton will be signing copies of 'You Can't Catch a Tiger by His Tale' on Saturday 12th December at Novella Fine Books in Wahroonga from 10:30am. When Tiger swallows the television remote, he somehow finds himself trapped inside the TV! Every time someone pats his tummy, he's zapped to another channel. Tiger explores Africa alongside acclaimed broadcaster Sir Rufus Doberman, before joining a group of sniffer dogs on the Channel Two News! Eventually Tiger arrives on the set of a cookery contest. Will the judge approve of his unique concoctions? And how will he ever find his way back home? Jean Bunton is the author of more than thirty published books. These range from the children's books Hong Kong - Amazing Tales (1992) and Megan and the eBike (2003), to textbooks and pantomimes. Her musical, The Magic Jungle (2007) had its world premiere in Hong Kong, and is now represented by Origin Theatrical in Sydney and Theatrical Rights Worldwide in New York. Jean has a Doctorate in Creative Arts from the University of Western Sydney. Originally from London, Jean lived in Hong Kong for 23 years. She currently resides in Sydney with her husband, and Tiger, of course.
