Donald Yates is a retired educator and administrator who served in the Peace Corps, public schools, and higher education institutions in New Jersey. He has a doctorate in Educational Administration from Columbia University and has published and presented on various topics in education. He lives with his wife in Shrewsbury, NJ, and has two children and four grandchildren.
