Ways I Love You

Ways I Love You explores the all-encompassing love a parent and other caregivers feel for a child. That love can feel as natural as a puppy eager for a bone, as thrilling as a fisherman’s biggest catch, as complete as a baseball caught snugly in a catcher’s mitt, and as inspiring as a caterpillar admiring a butterfly’s wings.

Children expand our hearts and teach us how to love, and indeed, to appreciate love more fully.

This book is a tribute to that love and the children who inspire it.

One of Jacoba’s favorite childhood memories is struggling to stay awake as her mother read her stories in bed. Not surprisingly, now that she is a mother herself, her favorite part of the day is snuggling in bed with her children and reading them bedtime stories. She hopes that this book becomes a cherished bedtime story for both parents and children.
