Constance Clarke was born in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine, and was raised and lives in Schenectady, New York. Influenced by her grandfather, she enjoys writing poetry. As a retired teacher and grandmother of five, she has long held the belief that children learn so much through what they read, which is why she has combined her poetry with original fables. She volunteers with a school reading program, a regional rehabilitation hospital, and the theatre. She and her family enjoy their summers in the Adirondack Mountains.
Children & adults will love reading this treasure together. The author really helps capture the funny little monkeys' personality & the brilliant tiger. Such an important story to share, especially in the current state of our world today. Highly recommend!
A very simple lesson in a sweet way as parents and children engage in a dialogue that can grow as the child matures. I highly recommend this as a book to read to the young child and later as a story the young reader will read on his own.
