"Roo"

“Roo” is a little red fox, who was caught by an eight-year-old girl named Alexandria. She lives on a farm with her mother and grandmother. Alexandria loves animals and this story is her journey in finding a little red fox, taking care of it, and growing along the way in understanding the nature of the world around her. She has a crucial decision to make about either keeping the little red fox or doing what's best for him.

Lise M. Bedard is a Canadian who was born and raised in the North End of Sudbury, Ontario, called the Flour Mill. She still lives there with her dog, Toby. She has three children and ten grandchildren whom she keeps very close by. Since an early age, she loved to read and write. Her dream has always been to become a writer. At this time in her life, her love of words has overcome her, so she decided to follow her passion to try her hand at writing her first children's book.
