Rome in Egypt

Fear and desperation. Those were the feelings young Ana felt as she ran for her life, away from the comforts of Rome.

Alone and far from the friends and family she left behind, she finds herself in a strange and alien new land: Egypt. Can Ana find shelter and even hope in this new, foreign land she has found herself in? And what will she do when she catches the eyes of the Pharaoh and his son?

When those chasing her catch wind of where she is, they will do whatever it takes to drag her back to her home. Will they succeed in their plans or has Ana found protectors willing to do whatever it takes to make sure she stays safe and unharmed? What did Ana do that warranted being chased and captured? Is she innocent of this mysterious act? Or is she as guilty as they say she is?

Born in Australia, Ali Niche has been an avid reader since childhood. Her love of reading gave her a love for other worlds and periods of time. She graduated from university with a degree in primary school teaching which only furthered her love of reading. When not writing, she can be found with a cup of hot chocolate reading or watching sci-fi/fantasy on TV. Rome in Egypt is her first novel.
